Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in IT support or M365 administration.
- Bachelor's or Master of Engineering degree required.
- Experience with M365 platform components and migration projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide L1 deskside support for M365 (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune).
- Handle Outlook issues, MFA/password issues, mailbox and access issues.
- Support mobile device migration and user onboarding activities.
- Provide support for M365 Tenant-to-Tenant (T2T) migration issues.
- Coordinate with offshore teams for issue resolution and escalation.
