Qualifications

• 7+ years in customer-facing IT consulting roles focused on M365.
• 2+ years of Azure experience with functional understanding of cloud projects.
• Experience creating client-facing deliverables like solution architectures and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead M365 consulting projects, coordinating with client stakeholders to map business needs to technology solutions.
• Participate in pre-sales for M365 projects, including requirements gathering, client presentations, and estimates.
• Create solution architectures, migration plans, and executive presentations for M365 Modern Workplace solutions.
• Perform hands-on implementation work as part of consulting projects.
• Provide project leadership to team members for successful delivery of the solution.
• Interface with client IT, business, and executive teams for guidance and support throughout projects.
• Lead architecture reviews, governance boards, and design discussions with senior client stakeholders.
• Occasional escalation support for managed services clients or other project teams
