Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. in India seeks a Messaging Services Specialist to support Office 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and MS Teams. You will troubleshoot mail delivery, manage user mailboxes, and ensure seamless collaboration.

The role requires 3–4 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, and Microsoft 365 certification preferred. You will work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with shift flexibility.

Qualifications

3–4 years of experience supporting Office 365 environments, especially Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and MS Teams.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; Microsoft 365 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer-centric support for Microsoft 365 services and applications.
Create, manage, and troubleshoot user mailboxes, distribution groups, and Microsoft 365 Groups.
Resolve NDRs, email delivery issues, and client-side Outlook/MS Teams connectivity problems.
Troubleshoot meeting, chat, and call functionality; manage Teams users and group memberships.
Configure channels, tabs, and apps within Teams; support SharePoint document management and site health.
Work with ITSM processes to handle requests, incidents, changes and problems.
