Job summary

TEKsystems in Carrollton, TX is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer to lead identity engineering, tenant-to-tenant migrations, and platform automation for a mature enterprise Microsoft 365 environment.

You will own documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer, while building scalable processes, integrating Graph API and PowerShell automation, and partnering with IT leadership to govern security and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Microsoft 365 and Azure/Entra engineering in enterprise environments.
• Proven Graph API integrations for identity, provisioning, and automation.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting for M365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, and Intune.
• Experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations, Google Workspace, and legacy email platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead Microsoft 365 migrations and acquisition integrations with repeatable, documented processes.
• Design and maintain Entra ID architecture, CA, MFA, and authentication modernization.
• Oversee Intune device onboarding, Azure AD Join migrations, and BitLocker management.
• Lead SharePoint Online architecture, permission models, and file migrations.
• Develop Power Automate workflows and API integrations; ensure security governance.
