Tech Rakers Inc. is seeking a Sr. Cloud Engineer with a focus on Microsoft 365/Entra to join a diverse team in Arlington. The role centers on managing and optimizing Microsoft 365 and Entra ID tenants, including Exchange Online, identity, security, and collaboration services.

The Senior Cloud Engineer will drive automation, CI/CD practices, and infrastructure-as-code concepts while collaborating with security and networking teams to implement baselines and policy controls.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline and extensive IT experience.
5+ years hands-on admin with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID in mid to large enterprise environments.
Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar tools for scripts, pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code for Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Copilot, and related security/compliance features.
Harden Entra ID (Azure AD) including conditional access, identity protection, app registrations, and RBAC.
Own Exchange Online configuration: mail flow, transport rules, connectors, policies, hybrid connectivity, and advanced mail delivery troubleshooting.
