Job summary

In-Telecom Consulting, LLC is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer focusing on Entra ID and SharePoint. You will design, implement, and govern modern collaboration and security across Microsoft 365, leading migrations and client engagements.

The role requires 5+ years IT engineering with hands-on M365 and Entra ID experience, strong PowerShell skills, and the ability to manage projects with clients in a hybrid work setup in the Texas area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT engineering roles with 2+ years in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
• Proficient with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive
• Hands-on experience with Entra ID, hybrid sync, SSO, and conditional access
• Knowledge of Microsoft Purview, DLP, retention, and compliance tools
• Strong PowerShell scripting, reporting, and automation skills
• Experience migrating M365 tenants on-prem to cloud or tenant-to-tenant
• Ability to manage projects independently and communicate with clients
• Clear communication for technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support SharePoint Online structures and permissions
• Configure Entra ID with hybrid identity sync, MFA, and conditional access
• Deploy Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online including migrations and retention policies
• Lead Microsoft 365 migrations ensuring data integrity and user continuity
• Build low-code automation with Power Automate and Power Apps
• Govern Microsoft 365 with governance, labeling, and DLP policies
