Job summary

PowerGrid Services is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 & Azure Cloud Engineer to lead cloud operations, drive complex consolidations, and manage tenant-to-tenant migrations arising from Mergers & Acquisitions. You will serve as the primary SME for M2M migrations and integrations, while also overseeing IAM, security posture, and hybrid AD environments.

The role requires hands-on expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Entra ID, and tooling like Quest, MigrationWiz, and ShareGate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on admin of M365 and Azure enterprise environments.
• 2+ years leading hands-on M&A tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• Experience with migration tools like Quest, MigrationWiz, ShareGate, or native Microsoft methods.

Responsibilities

• Architect, plan, and execute end-to-end M&A tenant migration strategies across Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Consolidate and streamline Azure subscriptions, workloads, and VNets post-acquisition.
• Administer and optimize core Azure services (VMs, App Services, SQL, ExpressRoute).
• Provide Tier 2/3 escalation support across systems.
