Job summary

SHI is seeking a Solutions Architect focused on Microsoft 365 workloads to implement Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Power Platform for customers and partners. This is a remote US role with a home office setup as determined by SHI management.

You will guide customers and SHI on best practices, migrate workloads, and develop customer deliverables while collaborating with sales and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

5+ years in solutions architecture or software engineering.
Strong experience with Microsoft 365 workloads including Teams, SharePoint Online.
Ability to design, deploy and migrate Microsoft Collaboration technology.

Responsibilities

Implement Microsoft 365 technology including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Power Platform, Viva.
Provide guidance on best practices for Microsoft 365 deployments.
Migrate and deploy multiple workloads using SHI standards.
Develop and update environment documentation and customer deliverables.
Lead development of SOWs and drive revenue within professional services.
