Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks a Solutions Architect - M365 Collab to implement Microsoft 365 workloads for customers, collaborating with architects to deploy Teams, SharePoint Online and related solutions. This is a remote position with home office setup determined by SHI.

The role focuses on migrations, best practices, and guiding customers through Microsoft 365 deployments, with opportunities to lead projects and drive service delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of solutions architecture or software engineering.
• 3+ years designing/migrating Microsoft Collaboration technology.
• Experience with automation scripts and deployment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead M365 deployment projects (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).
• Provide customer guidance on best practices and architecture.
• Develop and manage SOWs with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with sales to identify opportunities and drive revenue.
