Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Solutions Architect - M365 Collab to implement Microsoft 365 workloads (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive) for customers and partners. The remote role allows home office setup as determined by SHI management.

The role requires 5+ years in solutions architecture or software engineering, 3+ years in Microsoft Collaboration tech, and travel occasionally. You will lead deployments, create SOWs, and collaborate across sales and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture or software engineering.
• 3+ years of experience designing, implementing, and integrating Microsoft Collaboration technology.
• 3+ years of experience developing and executing scripts for automation and deployment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Implement Microsoft 365 technology including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Power Platform, and Viva.
• Provide guidance to customers and partners on best practices for Microsoft 365 deployments.
• Migrate and deploy multiple Microsoft 365 workloads using SHI standards.
• Analyze environment discovery data with company tools and scripts.
• Build and update documentation on Microsoft 365 environments and integrations.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities and define SOWs.
• Drive revenue growth through professional services engagements.
