Job summary
SHI International Corp. is seeking a Solutions Architect for M365 Collab to implement Microsoft 365 workloads including Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business. You will collaborate with Solutions Architects on installation, configuration and deployment across enterprise environments.
This is a remote position with home office setup determined by SHI management. You will guide customers on best practices, migrate workloads, and create documentation to support successful deployments.
Qualifications
- Experience implementing Microsoft 365 workloads for enterprise customers.
- Strong knowledge of Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Power Platform.
- Ability to lead migrations, design architectures and guide customers through deployments.
Responsibilities
- Implement Microsoft 365 technologies for end customers and partners.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects on installation, configuration and deployment tasks.
- Provide guidance on best practices and optimize service delivery for M365 workloads.
- Develop documentation and transfer knowledge to delivery teams.
- Engage with sales and customers to scope projects and drive opportunity closing.
