Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Solutions Architect for M365 Collaboration to implement and optimize Microsoft 365 workloads for customers and partners. The role is remote with home office setup determined by SHI management.

You will collaborate with Solutions Architects, migrate workloads, and provide best-practice guidance to clients while driving successful delivery and documentation. 5+ years in architecture or software engineering is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of solutions architecture or software engineering experience.
• 3+ years designing, implementing and integrating Microsoft Collaboration technology.
• 3+ years of experience migrating Microsoft Collaboration technology.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Implement Microsoft 365 workloads including Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business.
• Provide guidance to customers on best practices for Microsoft 365 deployments.
• Migrate and deploy multiple Microsoft 365 workloads using SHI standards.
• Analyze environment discovery data with SHI tools and scripts.
• Build and maintain documentation for customer Microsoft 365 environments and integrations.
• Collaborate with sales to identify opportunities and scope customer needs.
• Lead development of Statements of Work (SOWs) with cross-team alignment.
