Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Solutions Architect - M365 Collab to implement Microsoft 365 workloads for customers and partners. This remote role offers opportunities to lead deployments of Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Power Platform.

You will collaborate with fellow Solutions Architects, drive best practices, and contribute to project documentation and SOW development while engaging with sales to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture or software engineering.
• 3+ years of experience designing, implementing and integrating Microsoft Collaboration technology.
• 3+ years of experience working with migrations of Microsoft Collaboration technology.
• 3+ years of experience developing and executing scripts for automation and deployment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Implement Microsoft 365 technology including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Power Platform.
• Provide guidance to SHI customers and partners on best practices for Microsoft 365 deployments.
• Migrate and deploy multiple Microsoft 365 workloads utilizing SHI’s standards and best practices.
• Build and update documentation on customer Microsoft 365 environments and integrations.
• Lead the development of SOWs and drive revenue growth within the professional services team.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure a unified approach to service delivery and client engagement.
