Job summary
EY is seeking a senior SharePoint Engineer to lead on-premises to SharePoint Online migrations and to design modern intranets within the Microsoft 365 platform. You will guide information architecture, migration waves, and modernization strategies, collaborating with client stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
You will bring deep experience across SharePoint Server/Online and Microsoft 365 administration, including Entra ID, Teams, and OneDrive, and participate in full project
Qualifications
- 3+ years of consulting experience delivering SharePoint solutions and/or migrations using Microsoft technologies.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Server (2013/2016/2019) and SharePoint Online administration and configuration.
- Proven experience planning and executing SharePoint migrations (assessment, waves, pilots, remediation, cutover, and hypercare).
- Experience implementing modern SharePoint Online intranets (IA, hubs, navigation, search, metadata, and permissions).
- Working knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate), especially for forms/workflow modernization patterns.
Responsibilities
- Assess & plan migrations: run discovery/inventory, define migration scope and waves, estimate effort/complexity, and establish cutover and hypercare plans.
