Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior SharePoint/M365 Engineer to lead on-premises to Microsoft 365 migrations and to design modern SharePoint Online intranets. You will shape target information architecture, migration waves, and modernization approaches, collaborating with client stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

You will bring deep experience across SharePoint Server/Online and Microsoft 365 administration, guiding end-to-end project lifecycles from discovery to deployment and contributing

Qualifications

3+ years of consulting delivering SharePoint solutions and migrations.
Experience with SharePoint Server and SharePoint Online administration.
Experience with migration tools (Migration Manager, ShareGate, AvePoint, Quest).
Experience delivering in regulated environments with identity, governance and compliance.
Microsoft 365/SharePoint architecture and IA concepts.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver SharePoint on-premises to Online migrations.
Design and deploy modern SharePoint Online intranets.
Map legacy workflows to Power Platform where appropriate.
Collaborate with EY teams and clients to deliver complex engagements.
Provide client-ready deliverables and risk communications.
