Job summary

EY is seeking a senior SharePoint/M365 engineer to lead on-premises to Microsoft 365 migrations and build modern SharePoint Online intranets. You’ll shape information architecture, migration waves, and modernization approaches, partnering with client stakeholders for secure, scalable solutions.

You’ll bring deep experience across SharePoint Server, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 administration to lead cross-workstream activities and deliver high-quality client outcomes through blueprints,

Qualifications

3+ years of consulting experience delivering SharePoint solutions and/or migrations.
Hands-on with SharePoint Server (2013/2016/2019) and SharePoint Online administration.
Experience planning/executing migrations (assessment, waves, pilots, remediation, cutover).
Working knowledge of Power Platform for forms/workflow modernization.

Responsibilities

Assess & plan migrations: discovery/inventory, scope, waves, effort estimates, cutover plans.
Design target intranet IA, hub/site strategy, navigation, search, metadata, permissions.
Execute migrations: configure migration tooling, pilot, remediation, cutovers.
Lead workshops, produce client-ready deliverables, communicate risks clearly.
