Job summary

JE Dunn Construction's Advanced Facilities Group in Tempe seeks an M/E Engineer 3 responsible for collecting data, developing estimates, and generating bid analysis to support complex mechanical, electrical, and field construction activities.

You will work within a culture of safety and quality, with opportunities to grow toward senior roles, mentoring others, and contributing to diverse industrial, data center, and semiconductor projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, architectural engineering or related field.
• 5+ years construction and/or engineering experience (Preferred).
• Valid and unrestricted drivers license required.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine mechanical, electrical and field construction activities.
• Develop budgetary M/E estimates, based upon program and schematic design information.
• Review mechanical and electrical options, perform systems analysis and provide value engineering suggestions.
• Coordinate the mechanical and electrical scopes of work during the bid process.
• Develop sequencing requirements of various systems and provide solutions to meet the schedule.
• Mentor less experienced co-workers and contribute to quality control.
