Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical/architectural engineering or related field is required.
• 5+ years construction or engineering experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand plans, drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic ME tools/software used by JE Dunn.

Responsibilities

• Complete increasingly complex mechanical, electrical and field construction activities.
• Develop budgetary M/E estimates based on program and schematic design information.
• Review mechanical and electrical options; perform systems analysis and provide value engineering suggestions.
• Coordinate ME scopes of work during the bid process and assist with bid analysis.
• Develop sequencing requirements for various systems to meet schedule.
• Lead and mentor less experienced teammates and promote diversity and inclusion.
