Job summary

JE Dunn’s Advanced Facilities Group is seeking a Mechanical/Electrical Engineer 3 to contribute to core M/E construction activities on large industrial, data center and semiconductor projects. You will collect data, develop estimates, and support bid analysis to align with JE Dunn’s safety, quality, and scheduling standards.

Qualified candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in ME/EE/Architectural Eng (or related) and have 5+ years of construction/engineering experience, plus a valid driver’s

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand plans, drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic M/E estimating tools.
• Ability to work in a team and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Completes entry level and routine mechanical, electrical and field construction activities.
• Learns to develop budgetary M/E estimates using program and schematic design information.
• Assists in the review of mechanical and electrical options and participates in bid analysis.
• Gains knowledge of design documents to identify potential quality problems.
• Provides mentoring to less experienced co-workers.
