Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, architectural engineering or related field is required, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, written and verbal skills; MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in basic M/E tools and software; willingness to learn JE Dunn tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine mechanical, electrical and field construction activities.
• Develop budgetary M/E estimates based on program and schematic design information.
• Assist in bid analysis and coordination of mechanical/electrical scopes during bidding.
• Support sequencing and schedule requirements across systems to meet project milestones.
• Contribute to quality control through design document reviews and site inspections.
