Job summary

JE Dunn is seeking an M/E Engineer 3 in Tempe, AZ to perform mechanical, electrical and field construction activities. You will assist with data collection, estimates, and bid analysis in line with JE Dunn’s strategy and values.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 5+ years of experience; a valid driver’s license is also required. This is a full-time on-site opportunity with the Advanced Facilities focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, architectural engineering or related field.
• 5+ years construction/engineering experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong reading of plans and specifications; familiarity with M/E estimates.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine mechanical, electrical and field construction activities.
• Assist in developing budgetary M/E estimates from program data and schematics.
• Review mechanical and electrical options and contribute to system analysis.
• Coordinate mechanical/electrical scopes during bids and support scheduling.
