Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a M/E Engineer 3 to support Advanced Facilities Group on large Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center, and Semiconductor projects. The role focuses on collecting data, developing estimates, and performing bid analyses to support preconstruction decisions.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in engineering and 5+ years of construction/engineering experience, with proficiency in M/E tools and strong teamwork. Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, architectural engineering or related field (Required).
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 5+ years construction and/or engineering experience (Preferred).
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Completes entry level and routine mechanical, electrical and field construction activities.
• Learns to develop budgetary M/E estimates based on program and schematic design information using automated M/E estimating system.
• Assists in reviewing mechanical and electrical options and completes systems analysis for select projects.
• Assists in developing sequencing requirements of various systems and providing solutions to meet schedule requirements.
