Job summary

BKF Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Senior M&A Technology Integration Engineer to lead the technical architecture, migration strategy, and risk management for acquiring companies.

This role is hands-on and acts as the technical authority across MS 365 tenant integrations, Entra ID and related collaboration services, working with internal teams and vendors. Hybrid work and travel to BKF locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years in systems engineering, cloud infra, M365, identity, or enterprise tech integration.
• Significant hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Experience designing or executing M365 tenant migrations.
• Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, identity, licensing.

Responsibilities

• Participate in technical discovery and due diligence with external partners.
• Assess licenses, contracts, dependencies, and gaps for harmonization.
• Develop integration architecture, migration plans, schedules, cutover plans, rollback procedures.
• Serve as the technical authority for M365 tenant integrations (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).
• Provide technical direction to internal and consulting engineers for migrations.
• Coordinate SharePoint migrations and OneDrive‑to‑Box migrations.
• Align identity, applications, security, and data readiness with laptop deployment.
