Job summary

BKF is seeking a Senior M&A Technology Integration Engineer to lead technical integration of acquired companies into BKF’s cloud and on‑prem infrastructure. You will own architecture, migration strategy, risk, and standards, guiding internal engineers, consultants, and vendors through complex Microsoft 365 tenant migrations.

The role requires deep Microsoft cloud expertise, broad infrastructure knowledge, and the ability to coordinate multiple integrations while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of experience in systems engineering, cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365, identity, or enterprise technology integration.
• Significant hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Experience designing or executing Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, identity, domains, licensing, and collaboration services.
• Strong PowerShell, automation, troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in technical discovery and due diligence, refining requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Assess acquired-company technology licenses, subscriptions, and contracts; support harmonization and license purchases.
• Develop integration architecture, migration plans, schedules, cutover plans, rollback procedures, and hypercare requirements.
• Serve as the technical authority for Microsoft 365 tenant integrations (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).
• Provide technical direction to internal and consulting engineers, vendors, or project teams.
• Coordinate SharePoint migrations and OneDrive-to-Box migrations.
• Create and maintain integration standards, playbooks, scripts, and documentation.
• Ensure steady-state ownership transitions to BKF operations after integration.
