Job summary

BKF is seeking a Senior M&A Technology Integration Engineer to lead technical architecture and migration strategies for integrating acquired companies into BKF’s cloud environment. You will own the migration roadmap, risk management, and execution standards, guiding internal engineers, consultants, and vendors across multiple acquisitions.

The role requires deep Microsoft cloud expertise, strong judgment, and the ability to lead several integrations simultaneously, including hybrid work setups

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of experience in systems engineering, cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365, identity, or enterprise technology integration.
• Significant hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Experience designing or executing Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, identity, domains, licensing, and collaboration services.
• Strong PowerShell, automation, troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in technical discovery and due diligence, and refine requirements.
• Assess acquired-company technology licenses, subscriptions, and contracts; identify gaps and dependencies.
• Develop integration architecture, migration plans, schedules, cutover plans, and hypercare requirements.
• Serve as the technical authority for Microsoft 365 tenant integrations (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).
• Provide technical direction to internal engineers, consultants, and vendors for tenant migrations.
• Coordinate SharePoint migrations and OneDrive-to-Box migrations.
• Work with Box Consulting on file-system and Box migration design and execution.
• Coordinate dependencies with Cloud Operations, Security, and other teams.
