Job summary

BKF Engineers seeks a Senior M&A Technology Integration Engineer to lead technical architecture and migration strategy for acquired companies within BKF's cloud environment. You will own integration standards and coordinate with BKF teams and vendors across engagements.

The role demands deep Microsoft 365 expertise, Entra ID, tenant migrations, and hands-on work with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive. Travel to BKF locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of systems engineering, cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365, identity, or enterprise tech integration.
• Significant hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Experience designing or executing Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, identity, domains, licensing, and collaboration services.

Responsibilities

• Participate in technical discovery and due diligence with external partners; refine requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Assess acquired-company tech licenses, subscriptions, contracts, and gaps; support harmony and licensing purchases.
• Develop integration architecture, migration plans, cutover plans, and hypercare requirements.
• Serve as technical authority for Microsoft 365 tenant integrations (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).
• Provide technical direction to internal engineers and vendors on migrations and integration work.
• Coordinate SharePoint and OneDrive migrations and Box migration design and execution.
• Align identity, applications, security, and data readiness with laptop deployment.
