Job summary

BKF is a multi-service infrastructure consulting firm seeking an experienced Senior M&A Technology Integration Engineer to lead Microsoft 365 tenant integrations and related infrastructure work. This senior hands-on role provides technical direction and collaborates across BKF teams for successful acquisitions.

The position is hybrid with a preference for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area; travel to BKF and acquired-company locations may be required during integration activities.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of experience in systems engineering, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise technology integration.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Experience designing or executing Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and licensing.
• PowerShell, automation, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical architecture and migration plans for M&A technology integrations.
• Provide technical direction to internal engineers, consultants, and vendors.
• Coordinate SharePoint and OneDrive migrations and Box integration work.
• Develop integration standards, playbooks, scripts, and checklists.
• Identify risks and communicate timelines to leadership.
• Ensure successful handoff to BKF operational teams post‑integration.
