Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in the AFH&I category to own the P&L and deliver key financial analyses for the Away From Home and Ingredients portfolio. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, and R&D to forecast demand, analyze performance, and drive strategic planning.

You will lead FP&A activities, develop reporting, and collaborate across functions to support capital planning and long-term outlooks.

Qualifications

• BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
• 2+ years of Finance related experience.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Prior finance, accounting, consulting, and/or FP&A experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong PowerPoint, SAP, Tableau/PowerBI and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing and Sales to forecast unconstrained demand and understand P&L impact.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management and Sales Finance on pricing and promotions and their financial implications.
• Analyze P&L performance across volume, mix, pricing, trade, productivity, and investment drivers.
• Drive FP&A cycles, KPIs, and reporting packages for BU initiatives.
• Work with Marketing and R&D on long-term outlook and strategic bets; integrate into forecasts.
