Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead large, strategic M&A integrations and carve-outs, guiding programs from pre-close to value realization. You will partner with Corporate Development, Finance, and BU leadership to deliver deal objectives through structured integration and separation plans.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering M&A integrations and carve-out transactions including TSA management.
• Advanced program and financial management skills including ROI, IRR, and synergy tracking.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, high-pressure environments.
• Strong executive communication and influencing skills.
• Understanding of enterprise systems and technology integration/separation considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of M&A integration programs, including full acquisitions and carve-outs, from pre-close planning through post-close stabilization and value realization.
• Develop and manage integration plans, separation plans, and transition roadmaps aligned to deal thesis, TSA requirements, and regulatory considerations.
• Coordinate integration and carve-out execution across business, IT, finance, HR, legal, commercial, and operations workstreams.
• Serve as execution partner to Corporate Development, Finance, and Business Unit leadership.
• Identify, manage, and resolve integration and separation risks including stranded costs, TSA dependencies, and operational continuity risks.
