Qualifications

• 3+ years overseeing budgets for large M&A initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and program-manage a large, strategic M&A initiative.
• Lead multiple cross-functional project teams for program delivery.
• Manage SIT and UAT schedules and align them.
• Develop detailed project execution plans with stakeholders.
• Oversee program financials including budgeting and forecasting.
• Monitor project performance and track changes.
• Manage risks and issues throughout the program lifecycle.
