Job summary

ReSource Pro is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead financial evaluation of M&A targets and manage due diligence for acquisitions. You will build complex valuation models, create business cases, and present decks to executives and the Board.

You will oversee pre‑LOI and post‑LOI due diligence, coordinate with the M&A team and external advisors, and support integration planning after deals close. This role is remote and U.S. based.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in middle‑market private equity, investment banking, or corporate development focusing on acquisitions.
• CPA and/or CFA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre‑acquisition due diligence and quantitative analysis, including building valuation models (DCF, three‑statement, LBO).
• Develop M&A target business cases and investment decks for Steering Committee and Board.
• Direct and organize pre‑LOI financial due diligence and RFI processes.
• Lead post‑LOI due diligence, updating valuation models as findings emerge, and liaising with functional groups.
• Incorporate due diligence findings into final valuation models and investment decks for Board approval.
• Support Integration Management Office with integration plans based on due diligence.
