Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, corporate development or relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to combine business, strategy, finance and legal concepts to support and lead complex deals.
• The ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, collaborating as a team to stay in sync and working independently to get the job done.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong sense of integrity and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Develop Uber’s M&A and investments strategy and identify transaction opportunities across Mobility, AV, Delivery, and Freight.
• Support the entirety of the M&A process including strategy, sourcing, diligence, negotiation, and execution.
• Shape business cases for potential acquisitions through in-depth financial analysis, valuations, and synergy assessments.
• Engage with leadership teams by preparing and presenting reviews, highlighting milestones, opportunities, and obstacles.
• Prepare and give business reviews to Uber’s executive leadership team regarding progress and roadblocks.
