Job summary

Uber Technologies Inc. seeks a Senior Acquisition Operations Manager to shape future-state processes and global standards across Lead, Opportunity, and Deal Management within the Acquisition CoE for Delivery. You will drive data-informed prioritization and ensure end-to-end integration of acquisition activities.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams, mentor CoE staff, and help evolve the operating model while navigating global scale and change management.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in Commercial Operations or related fields.
• Experience owning complex cross-functional global initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the future-state design for one or more acquisition domains within the end-to-end lifecycle.
• Define global process standards, principles, and guardrails with regional flexibility.
• Ensure strong integration and data continuity across acquisition stages.
• Lead requirements for tooling investments and partner with product/engineering teams.
