Job summary

Illumina in Coronado, CA is seeking a Senior Learning Experience Designer to design and enhance learning experiences that boost leadership capability and employee performance. You will translate priorities into engaging content across instructor-led, digital, and self-directed formats, collaborating with Talent Management and external partners.

You will leverage AI-enabled tools, gather learner feedback, and maintain resources, ensuring accessible, learner-centered experiences.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 5+ years in related learning roles with a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in blended learning and leadership development.
• Ability to translate business needs into engaging content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve learning experiences and content for leadership capability and employee development.
• Contribute to blended learning journeys with ILT, digital, experiential, and self-directed components.
• Create practical learning resources: facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, toolkits, manager resources, FAQs, templates, libraries.
• Collaborate with Talent Management, SMEs, and external partners to develop and deliver learning solutions.
• Curate and adapt internal/external content for audiences using learning tech and AI-enabled tools.
