Job summary

Siemens, a global technology leader in electrical engineering, seeks a seasoned Construction Sales Engineer for Low/Medium Voltage switchgear in the greater Philadelphia market. The role focuses on developing distributors and electrical contractor opportunities, expanding market presence, and forecasting contractor opportunities.

You will build strategic accounts, nurture senior‑level relationships, and drive revenue growth while utilizing SieSales and delivering robust plans.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree is required.
5+ years of sales experience OR 10+ years of sales experience.
Ability to travel 5% of the time.
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.

Responsibilities

Develop and support distributors and electrical contractor opportunities in the Philadelphia market.
Provide market presence and channel support to achieve share growth.
Fully utilize SieSales as the tool to develop and forecast contractor opportunities.
Provide product support for Panelboards, Switchboards, MV/LV gear, Lighting Panels, and related components.
Build and maintain a business plan by cultivating a healthy sales pipeline and managing existing customers.
Develop and implement plans for strategic accounts to exceed revenue retention/growth and customer satisfaction.
