Job summary

Moncler Group in New York’s SoHo flagship seeks a Store Director to lead a high-profile luxury boutique, driving sales, clienteling, and operational excellence. You will shape business strategies, nurture top talent, and partner with regional leaders to strengthen Moncler’s market presence in the Americas.

As a senior leader, you’ll champion client experience, training, and cross-functional collaboration, while safeguarding brand standards and financial performance across a flagship network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• 7 years of progressive luxury retail leadership experience.
• 3 years leading a flagship or high-volume luxury store.
• Strong ability to coach, develop, and train teams.
• Proficiency with POS, CRM, and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the store leadership team and broader staff.
• Drive sales, profitability, client development, and operations.
• Partner with Regional Leadership to execute strategies and initiatives.
• Build relationships with local luxury networks and communities.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and knowledge sharing across the network.
• Ensure operational excellence, inventory controls, and compliance.
