Job summary

KAHLO TALENT PARTNERS is recruiting a Senior Retail Training Manager for the US West Coast to lead training across North America’s luxury watch network. The role reports to the Director of Training, North America, and focuses on content creation, onboarding, and field coaching.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in luxury sales/training, deep watch knowledge, and experience with eLearning. This position requires significant travel and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years of sales and/or training in a luxury environment.
• Extensive knowledge of watches, especially high-end complications.
• Understanding of competitive watch market and micro-mechanics.
• Knowledge of eLearning platforms and digital training delivery.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50–70%.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing content, identify learning opportunities, and create necessary content.
• Upskill sales teams on watch knowledge and high-end complications.
• Deploy and reinforce trainings to Store Managers and Client Advisors on client experience and storytelling.
• Provide feedback through retail coaching and in-store observation to leadership.
• Collaborate on onboarding processes for regional retail hires and localization of centralized trainings.
• Create, monitor, and track store visits to support regional initiatives.
• Prepare, execute, and follow up on in-store trainings; monitor eLearning platforms.
