Ralph Lauren is seeking a Construction Project Management Lead to guide the North American store team through new builds, renovations, and refits from concept through turnover. You will coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and suppliers to deliver high-quality projects on time and on budget across Wholesale, Flagship, Boutiques, Outlets, Hospitality and Shop-in-Shop channels.

• Degree in construction management or related field.
• Significant luxury retail construction or high-end commercial project experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex multi-site projects.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead NA store project management team, setting goals and performance expectations.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of store construction and renovation projects.
• Partner with Real Estate, Legal, Business, Architecture and Design teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
• Select, negotiate with, and manage external contractors and suppliers.
• Enforce quality and safety standards on all sites.
• Anticipate risks and resolve issues to minimize impact.
• Deliver regular executive reports and project closures with documentation.
• Travel to sites across North America for alignment
