Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking a Construction Project Management Lead to head the North American construction team. You will drive end-to-end delivery of store builds, renovations and refits across North America, coordinating with Real Estate, Legal, Business, Architecture and Design teams.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting and scheduling skills, and a track record in luxury retail or high-end commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (required).
• Experience delivering luxury retail construction or high-end commercial projects.
• Proven ability to manage both teams and projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people-management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office; Smartsheet is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the NA store project management team, setting clear goals and performance expectations.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple store construction and renovation projects.
• Establish and maintain standardized PM processes, tools and best practices.
• Provide regular updates on status, budget, risks and milestones to senior stakeholders.
• Develop budgets, schedules and ensure adherence to targets while maintaining quality.
• Select, negotiate and manage external contractors, consultants and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and RL brand standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize cost and schedule impact.
• Deliver project reporting, dashboards and variance analyses; oversee close-out and handovers.
• Travel to sites across North America to ensure alignment and execution.
