Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking an Architecture & Design Manager to lead the design and development of shop-in-shops in North America, applying the latest design standards to reflect an elevated brand experience for customers.

Under the Architecture & Design Lead, you will manage projects from ideation to completion, coordinating with internal partners, consultants and suppliers to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Education in Architecture or a related field is required.
• Experience in retail design or high-end commercial projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of architectural project phases and deliverables.
• Demonstrated ability to manage fast-paced projects with competing priorities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Office software are essential.

Responsibilities

• Design Ralph Lauren shop-in-shops reflecting brand vision and elevated experience.
• Manage project requirements with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Produce schematic and design development packages for new shops and renovations.
• Oversee external consultants and ensure adherence to RL standards.
• Review construction drawings and millwork shop drawings.
