Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation in New York seeks a Construction Project Management Lead to guide the North American store construction program from concept to turnover, coordinating internal teams, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

You will mentor the project management team, drive standardized processes, and provide transparent reporting to senior stakeholders across RL’s Wholesale, Flagship, Boutiques, Outlets, Hospitality, and Shop-in-Shop

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience delivering luxury retail construction or high-end commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead NA store project management team, setting goals and performance expectations.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of store construction and renovation projects.
• Establish and maintain standardized PM processes, tools and best practices.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Select, negotiate, and manage external contractors and consultants.
• Ensure adherence to local regulations, permits, and RL brand standards.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies; resolve issues to protect cost and schedule.
• Oversee project close-out, punch lists, and handovers with thorough documentation.
• Travel to project sites across North America as needed.
