James Perse in Miami's Design District seeks a Full Time Senior Client Advisor to drive client development and sales while upholding luxury service, visuals, and store standards. This role covers opening/closing procedures and leading staff in the absence of management.

You will cultivate relationships with high-end clients, manage a personal client book, and participate in events. The position offers competitive hourly pay with commission and comprehensive benefits as described.

Qualifications

• Retail experience with high-end clientele and luxury brands.
• Open scheduling availability to support 7 days a week operations.
• Ability to build and maintain a personal client book.

Responsabilités

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Establish relationships with clients and manage communications.
• Maintain store standards, visuals, and customer experience.
• Open and close the store and conduct opening/closing procedures.
• Help grow existing clients and reach new prospects through outreach.
• Support operational tasks and special events as needed.
