JAMES PERSE in Miami's Design District is seeking a Senior Client Advisor for a full-time role focusing on client development and sales. You will lead with exceptional service, maintain store visuals, and oversee store operations when management is away.

You must have high-end retail experience, a cultivated client base, and the ability to work seven days a week. The position pays $20.00 per hour plus commission on personal net sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• College degree preferred.
• Prior retail experience with high-end goods.
• Experience building a cultivated client base.
• Able to work seven days a week with open scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Establish relationships with clients and manage communication consistent with James Perse.
• Set the example for exceptional customer service and store standards.
• Maintain the selling floor, merchandise visuals and store standards.
• Maintain and grow existing clients and reach new prospects through networking.
• Open and close the store and conduct opening/closing procedures.
• Participate in special events and projects as needed.
