Job summary

James Perse is seeking a Senior Client Advisor for our Highland Park location. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with a high-end clientele, and upholding exceptional customer service and store standards.

The Senior Client Advisor will also oversee store operations in the absence of Store Management, participate in events, and ensure adherence to visual merchandising and operational standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Establish relationships with clients and manage communication consistent with James Perse.
• Set the example for exceptional customer service, client experience and store standards.
• Maintain selling floor, merchandise visuals and store standards.
• Maintain and grow existing clients and reach new prospects through networking and outreach.
• Open and close the store and conduct all opening and closing procedures.
• Local market knowledge of clientele base and brand competitors.
• Participate in special events and projects as needed.
• Adhere to all store and company procedures while maintaining operational and client experience excellence.

Education
