James Perse Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Senior Client Advisor for our Highland Park store in Texas. The role focuses on client development, exceptional customer service, and maintaining brand standards, with the Senior Advisor overseeing store operations in the absence of Store Management.

You will build relationships with high-end clients, achieve sales targets, participate in events, and represent the James Perse lifestyle daily.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in luxury/ high-end retail or boutique environments.
• Established clientele preferred.
• Open scheduling availability for 7 days a week operations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Establish relationships with clients and manage communications consistent with James Perse.
• Set the example for exceptional customer service and store standards.
• Maintain selling floor, merchandise visuals and store standards.
• Grow existing clients and reach new prospects through networking/outreach.
• Support operational tasks and projects and open/close the store.
