JAMES PERSE ENTERPRISES, INC. is hiring a Senior Client Advisor for our Scottsdale, AZ location. The role focuses on client development, sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service while adhering to visual merchandising and operational standards.

The Senior Client Advisor will also oversee store operations in the absence of Store Management, maintaining the brand experience and engaging with a wide client base in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail/boutique store dealing with high-end goods and clientele-oriented sales.
• Experience working in retail environment with open scheduling across seven days a week.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Establish relationships with clients and manage communications in line with James Perse.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain store standards and visuals.
• Maintain and grow existing clients, reach new prospects, and support store operations.
• Open and close the store; oversee staff in absence of Store Management.
