JAMES PERSE is seeking a Senior Client Advisor for our Bleecker location. The role focuses on client development, sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining store standards and visuals.

The senior on-site presence oversees store operations in the absence of Store Management. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, retail experience with high-end goods, and a potential college degree.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College Degree preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail/boutique store dealing with high-end goods, and clientele-oriented sales.
• Ideally has a cultivated and established clientele following.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Establish relationships with clients and manage communication.
• Set the example for exceptional customer service and store standards.
• Maintain the selling floor, merchandise visuals and store standards.
• Grow existing clients and reach new prospects through networking and outreach.
• Support operational tasks and projects.
• Open and close the store and conduct opening/closing procedures.
• Understand local market knowledge of clientele and brand competitors.
• Participate in events and projects (Sample Sale, Inventory, etc.).
• Adhere to store procedures while maintaining client experience excellence.

Education
