JAMES PERSE is seeking a Senior Retail Client Advisor for our SoHo location. The role focuses on client development, sales targets, and delivering the James Perse brand experience with outstanding customer service and store standards.

Responsibilities include managing client relationships, maintaining visuals, and supporting opening/closing procedures. The position requires a high level of integrity and strong communication skills, with commissions on personal net sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail/boutique store dealing with high-end goods.
• Able to cultivate and maintain a client following.
• Willingness to work in a seven-days-a-week operation with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Establish relationships with clients and manage communications.
• Maintain store standards, visuals, and merchandise presentation.
• Open and close the store and conduct all opening/closing procedures.
