Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College degree preferred.
• Experience in high-end retail and client-focused sales.
• Willingness to work open hours across seven days

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Establish relationships with clients and manage communications.
• Maintain selling floor, visuals and store standards.
• Open and close the store and conduct opening/closing procedures.
• Grow existing clients and reach new prospects through networking.
• Support operational tasks and projects.
• Participate in events and projects as needed.
• Adhere to store procedures while maintaining client experience.
