Job summary

Visual Comfort & Co. is seeking a results-driven sales professional in the Bethesda, MD area to expand our premium lighting and systems client base.

You will lead all stages of the sales process, cultivate relationships with architects, interior designers, and builders, and collaborate with marketing and operations to tailor solutions. Expect a competitive base with uncapped monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in a consultative environment.
• 3+ years in custom home building products, interior design, luxury furnishings or lighting.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the sales process and coordinate with marketing/ops on solutions.
• Develop target client relationships with architects, builders, interior designers, and contractors.
• Communicate Visual Comfort’s value proposition to drive new business.
• Maintain CRM-driven activity and account plans to ensure retention and growth.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets with strategic account management.
